"What Will I Need To Hear Before Noon?"

To me, being "stuck" connotes a larger blockage–something more substantial than "I can't decide what to write today." I find that questions help. Find one or two simple questions that will apply to every day of your life and ask it. Like, "What am I going to need to hear today before noon that someone else probably won't tell me?"

Don't be a perfectionist. If you and your collaborators are committed to the same end, there will be drafts, mistakes, failures. Ship that first draft.
